摘要
目的分析子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者的手术室护理。方法选择该院2016年1月—2017年8月治疗的116例子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者,任选其中58例为对照组,给予常规护理,余58例为观察组,给予手术室护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组血糖达标率及护理满意度均高于对照组,而观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,两组在上述等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者,给予手术室护理后可有效控制血糖,减少术后并发症发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing in the operating room of patients with hysteromyoma with diabetes.Methods 116 cases of patients with hysteromyoma with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 58 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the nursing in the operating room,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose standards-reaching rate and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing in the operating room in patients with hysteromyoma with diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the nursing satisfactory degree,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
