摘要
目的对糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者的临床治疗方法展开深入的分析。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院收治的糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者76例,随机数字表法分成两组,即对照组和研究组,每组38例,对照组应用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上应用氨溴索治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、肺部炎症消失时间和住院时间。结果临床疗效方面,研究组治疗总有效率为92.11%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.68%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者在常规治疗的基础上采取氨溴索进行治疗,取得比较好的效果,能够有效改善患者临床症状,缩短住院时间,值得进一步推行和应用。
Objective To deeply analyze the clinical treatment methods of patients with diabetes with severe pneumonia.Methods 76 cases of patients with diabetes and severe pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each,the control group applied the routine therapy,while the research group applied the ambroxol for treatment on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect,disappearance time of lung inflammation and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(92.11%vs 73.68%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ambroxol combined with routine therapy in patients with diabetes with severe pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the length of stay,which is worth further promotion and application.
