摘要 为更好地描述不同项目的 BIM应用水平,通过对BIM多维性的理解,整合当前BIM能力成熟度模型相关文献,基于层次分析法和模糊数学综合评判构建信息、技术、过程三维度的BIM应用能力成熟度模型(BIMM)评价体系,并用于评价不同项目的BIM应用水平。研究结果表明:信息维度和过程维度比技术维度具有更显著的影响;信息,技术,过程3个维度最重要因素分别为业务流程,软件应用和生产服务规范,这3个因素都对BIM应用水平产生显著影响。 To better describe different BIM application levels of the project,the literatures about BIM capability maturity model were integrated with the understanding of BIM multidimensionality.Then the three-dimensional BIM application capability maturity model(BIMM)evaluation system of information,technology,and process was built based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Furthermore,BIMM was adopted to evaluate the application level of different projects.The results showed that the information dimension and process dimension have more significant effect than technical dimension.The most important factor of information,technology and process corresponds to the business process,software applications and production service specification respectively,and it has a significant impact on BIM application level.
