摘要
目的观察并评价综合心理护理对神经内科患者的心理状态和满意度的影响。方法取2014年5月至2016年5月于我院就诊的116例神经内科患者,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(综合心理护理)。调查两组患者心理疾病的程度及对护理的满意度。结果干预前,两组的SCL-90评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的SCL-90评分明显降低,且观察组SCL-90评分显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合心理护理干预的对神经内科患者的护理效果明显,提升了患者对护理的满意度,值得积极推广。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on the psychology status and satisfaction of neurology patients.Methods A total of 116 neurological patients from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive psychological nursing).The degree of mental illness and nursing satisfaction were investigated in the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SCL-90 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SCL-90 scores of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly,and the SCL-90 scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients'nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in neurological patients has obvious nursing effect,which improves the patients'nursing satisfaction and deserves to be actively promoted.
