摘要
目的观察三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗肺癌局部复发的疗效。方法于该院2013年7月—2015年6月收治的肺癌患者中,随机选取54例作为样本,以27例为一组,将其分为治疗组与对照组两个组别。对照组采用常规放化疗治疗方法治疗,治疗组采用三维适形放疗联合化疗方法治疗。观察两组患者近期疗效及1、2年死亡率。结果治疗组近期有效率92.6%,患者1年内死亡率14.8%,2年内死亡率25.9%;对照组近期有效率59.3%,患者1年内死亡率37%,2年内死亡率55.6%。结论三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗肺癌局部复发,近期有效率高,可有效降低患者1年及2年内死亡率,延长患者寿命。
Objective To observe the curative effect of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy and chemotherapy in treatment of local recurrence of lung cancer.Methods 54 cases of patients with lung cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 27 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine chemotherapy method,while the treatment group were treated with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy and chemotherapy,and the short-term curative effect and 1-year and 2-year moralities of the two groups were observed.Results The short-term effective rates in the treatment group and in the control group were 92.6%and 59.3%,and the 1-year and 2-year moralities in the treatment group and in the control group were respectively 14.8%,25.9%and 37%,55.6%.Conclusion The short-term effective rate of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy and chemotherapy in treatment of local recurrence of lung cancer is high,which can effectively reduce the 1-year and 2-year moralities,which can prolong the lives of patients.
