摘要
目的研究对冠心病心力衰竭患者联合应用曲美他嗪与美托洛尔对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响及临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月该院进行治疗的冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,共计86例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组43例,分别给予美托洛尔治疗,以及曲美他嗪与美托洛尔联合治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效以及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(74.42%),BNP指标水平(266.23±10.16)pg/mL的改善情况均优于对照组(228.16±13.26)pg/mL,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者联合应用曲美他嗪与美托洛尔的治疗效果显著,改善血浆脑钠肽,值得推广。
Objective To research the effect of Trimetazidine and metoprolol on the BNP of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure and its clinical curative effect.Methods 86 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and heat failure from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each,the control groupwere treated with metoprolol,while the observation group were treated with trimetazidine and metoprolol,and the clinical curative effect and BNP of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.02%vs 74.42%),and the improvement of BNP index level was better than that in the control group,[(266.23±10.16)pg/mL vs(228.16±13.26)pg/mL],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of trimetazidine and metoprolol on the BNP of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure is obvious,which can improve the BNP,and it is worth promotion.
