摘要
目的探究采用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床治疗效果,讨论其临床治疗意义。方法选择该院2015年2月—2016年1月中收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者50例作为研究对象,按照患者的入院顺序将其分为对照组和实验组,每组包含25例患者,经B超诊断均为股骨颈骨折,对照组患者采用全髋关节置换,实验组患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术进行治疗,治疗完成后,对所有患者进行10个月随访,探究治疗的效果。结果在术后的随访过程中发现,对照组患者总有儿率为15例(60.00%),而实验组患者总有儿率为23例(92.00%),治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者临床治疗效果较好。结论采用双极人工股骨头置换术对老年股骨颈骨折患者进行治疗,具有良好的治疗效果,即使是老年患者也具有较好的适应性,患者关节功能恢复较快,能够在短时间内恢复正常状态,并且在治疗过程中没有发生各种并发症,适用于各种老年股骨颈骨折患者,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of the treatment with bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods 50 patients with femoral neck were selected as the research objects in this hospital from February 2015 to January 2016,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission:the experimental group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group,diagnosed with femoral neck fracture.The control group was treated with total hip arthroplasty,the experimental group was treated with bipolar artificial femoral head replacement,after treatment,10 month follow-up for all patients were implemented,the effect of treatment was explored.Results It was found at the follow-up after operation that the cure rate in the control group was 15 case(60.00%),while the experimental group of 23 case(92.00%),with significant difference between the therapeutic effect.The curative effect was better in the experimental group.Conclusion The bipolar artificial femoral head device replacement for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treatment has a good therapeutic effect,even in elderly patients,they have better adaptability,faster recovery of joint function,which can recover in a short time,with no complications occurred in the treatment process,and it is applicable to all kinds of femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
