从钣金工艺优化角度论钣金件结构设计 被引量:6

摘要 钣金件指的是钣金工作中的金属薄板零件,质轻、形状特殊,用于制造大型部件。现如今,随着工艺水平的不断提高,对薄板结构的钣金件的要求也随之变高。基于此首先阐述钣金工艺,指出钣金件结构设计的准则以及注意事项,然后从现代工艺优化角度提出了优化钣金件结构设计策略,从而为钣金、钣金件工艺的提高作出贡献。 Sheet metal parts refer to metal sheet parts i n sheet metal work.They are light and special in shape and ares edu in the manufacture of large parts.Nowadays,with the continuous improvement of the technological level,the requirements for eseht metal sheet structure are also higher.The author expounds th e sheet metal process in this paper,it points out that the dens igof sheet metal structure principle and matters needing attention,from the angle of modern technology optimization proposed design strategy optimization of sheet metal structure,and mak ea contribution to improve the process for sheet metal,sheet melt.a
