摘要
扬克缸作为卫生纸机的核心部件是为所有卫生纸机操作者高度关注的。扬克缸随时都会发生缸面的磨损,尤其是铸铁缸面的高速纸机,一般在开机18~24个月左右缸面的磨损形成刮刀振痕(chatter),会对纸面造成影响。此时,必须重新研磨缸面,以恢复缸面表面粗糙度和型线。通常情况下,客户对于扬克缸现场研磨都非常谨慎,本文通过扬克缸现场研磨的案例来讲述如何保证扬克缸研磨中的安全和高的研磨质量。
Yankee dryer,as the key part of tissue paper machines,is highly concerned by the operators of paper machines.Wear and tear on the surface of Yankee dryer will take place at any time when it is operated,especially in the case of the surface of cast iron dryers of high speed paper machines.Chatter mark on the surface will often appear after 18-24 months after the machines start-up,which will negatively affect the paper web surface.Therefore the dryer surface must be grinded to recover the finish and the profile on the surface.In this article it was introduced through the example of dryer grinding in-situ,how to ensure the safety and the high grinding quality of the dryer under grinding.
