航空助力器耐久试验台油温控制系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 航空助力器是一种以液压油为工作介质,辅助飞行员调节飞行器机翼,以便于控制其飞行方向和速度的执行机构;其工作环境恶劣、油液温度高。航空助力器在装备前需要在地面试验台上进行包括耐久性试验在内的一系列测试。某型航空助力器耐久试验台是一种地面模拟设备,用于供给高温液压油给助力器、模拟飞行器实际飞行过程中助力器所受的作用力、模拟飞行员手动操作助力器的过程等。耐久试验台的油温控制系统加热温度高、升温速率大、温度变化快、不间断持续工作时间长。针对此特点,设计专用的油液温度控制系统,采用管路两级加热和带死区的乒乓控制策略,大大改善了控温区的温度过冲现象,解决了油温控制响应滞后、控制精度低等问题。该系统成功应用于某型航空助力器耐久试验台,控制精度高,系统响应速度快,达到预期性能要求。 An aviation booster is an actuator that uses hydraulic oil as a working medium to assist the pilot in adjusting the wings of the aircraft so as to control its flight direction and speed,its working environment is bad,and the oil temperature is high.The aviation booster needs a series of tests including durability test on the ground test platform before it is equipped.The endurance test platform for a certain type of aviation booster is a ground simulator,it is used to supply high temperature hydraulic oil to the booster,simulate the forces acting on the booster during the actual flight of the aircraft,simulate the pilot s manual operation of the booster,and so on.The temperature control system of the durability test platform has high heating temperature,large heating rate,fast temperature change,continuous operation and long duration.In view of these characteristics,a dedicated oil temperature-control system was designed which uses two stage heating of pipeline and ping-pong control strategy with dead zone,it greatly improves the temperature overshoot in the temperature control zone and solves the problems of oil temperature control response lag,low control accuracy and so on.The system has been successfully applied to the durability test platform of an aviation booster,which has the characteristics of high control accuracy and fast response,and it has reached the expected performance requirements.
