黑水虻成虫体表超微感器(Ⅱ):口器、平衡棒和外生殖器 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察分析黑水虻(Hermetia illucens)成虫的口器唇瓣、平衡棒、产卵器和交配器的感器类型和特征,为进一步研究黑水虻的行为机制提供依据。方法:采用扫描电镜技术。结果:唇瓣上有锥形感器、毛形感器分布;平衡棒上分布有刺形感受器和毛形感器Ⅳ;产卵器主要分布有刺形感器和锥形感器;交配器上有较多的毛形感器,以及锥形感器的分布。结论:黑水虻的体表有多种感器,不同部位各感器的类型和功能与其行为习性相适应。 Objectives:Sensilla on the labellum of mouthpart,ovipositor,copulatory organ and the haltere of adult Hermetia illucens were observed and analyzed.Methods:Using scanning electron microscopy.Results:Sensilla basiconca and sensilla trichodeum were located on the labella;sensilla chaetica and sensilla trichodeum typeⅣwere distributed on the haltere;the ovipositor was distributed with sensilla chaetica and sensilla basiconica.Conclusion:The copulatory organ of male adult H.illucens was covered by sensilla trichodeum in a great measure and sensilla basiconca.It was concluded that several sensilla were on the body surface of adult H.illucens and sensilla located in different positions had different types and functions,which was adjusted to its behavior habits.
