摘要
通过对参加2017年杭州市"市长杯"校园足球联赛中学组的教练员进行走访调查,了解杭州市中学校园足球教练员的发展现状,发现校园足球教练员队伍在结构、专业素养、培训等方面存在的问题,并提出了重视专业背景、与社会俱乐部结合、加大培训力度和政策导向等措施,为杭州市校园足球未来的蓬勃发展提供参考.
Through a survey of the coaches who participated in the 2017“Mayor Cup”football league of middle school group in Hangzhou,the development status of the Hangzhou middle school campus football coaches had been fully investigated.The paper found the problems in structure,professionalism,training and other aspects in football coaches,and it put forward that the emphasis shall be put on the professional background,the integration with social clubs,the increase of training and policy orientation and other measures,so as to provide a reference for the future development of football in Hangzhou.
