摘要
针对目前冬季供暖二网侧普遍存在的水力失调及主要依靠经验进行二网供水温度调节的问题,首先通过加装动态压差平衡阀的方式进行水力平衡调节,然后基于换热站原PLC系统进行扩展,构建换热站"一站一优化"自动控制模块,实现换热站二网供水温度的智能调节。以某采暖面积8.34万m^2的小区为例,实施智能热网技术后,在保证热用户采暖舒适度的情况下,因水力失调引起的供热不均现象得到明显改善,换热站电耗减少16.7%,热耗减少15.9%,节能效果显著。
Focusing on the widespread problems of hydraulic imbalance and secondary network water supply temperature regulation mainly relying on experience,and secondary network in winter heating currently,hydraulic equilibrium adjustment is applied through equipping dynamic pressure balance valves firstly.To realize the intelligent regulation of secondary network water supply temperature,heat exchange station'one station one optimization control curve'automatic control module is established on the basis of the original PLC system.In a heating area of 83400 m2,for example,after the implementation of intelligent network heating technology,on the premise of the comfort level of heat users,uneven heating phenomenon caused by hydraulic imbalance got improved significantly,reducing heat exchange station power and heat consumption by 16.7%and 15.9%respectively,achieving obvious energy saving effect.
