摘要
肯尼亚某水工项目堆场水泥稳定层所用水泥黏结粒状混合料(CBGM)具有较高的强度要求。由于国内水泥稳定材料普遍强度不高,所采用的配合比很难达到本项目技术规格要求。因此,从骨料级配角度,通过大量试验,分析材料骨架结构对强度的影响,设计出满足技术要求的CBGM配合比。在对多组配合比的规律总结中发现,骨架密实型CBGM具有更高的强度。
The yard of a port project in Kenya requires high-compressive-strength CBGM.Since the compressive strength of cement bound material is generally low in China,the mix ratio is difficult to satisfy the technical specifications.Therefore,we analyze the influence of skeleton structure on material strength from the aspect of aggregate grading through a large amount of tests and design the proper mix ratio of CBGM which satisfies the technical requirements.It is known from summarization of laws for multiple groups of mix ratios that CBGM of skeletal dense structure has higher compressive strength.
