摘要
凿岩用硬质合金的冲击韧性检测,目前尚无真正有效的的方法。本文介绍的高速冲击试验台和落锤冲击试验台,可用于凿岩用硬质合金及凿岩用硬质合金工具的冲击韧性试验检测,并可用于岩石凿入特性、凿入系统能量传递测定及凿入系统匹配研究,以供用户正确地选定凿岩工具。
There is no real effective method to detect the impact toughness of cemented carbide for rock drilling.The high speed impact test-bed and drop hammer impact test-bed are introduced in this paper,they can be used to test the impact toughness of hard alloy and cemented carbide tool for rock drilling,and can also be used for rock drilling characteristics,energy transfer measurement of drilling system and matching study of drilling system,for the correct selection of rock drilling tools by the user.
