摘要
针对某轻型客车车内振动剧烈的问题,采用传递路径分析法识别车内振动的主要振源。通过激励源分析和适当简化,建立整车振动传递路径模型。通过实车道路试验和室内锤击法试验获取工况数据和传递函数,确定车辆振动的典型工况。利用Test. Lab中的TPA模块分析典型工况的振动加速度,得到对振动影响较大的主要振源,对比分析主要振源处的载荷及主要振源到响应点处的传递函数。分析结果表明,响应点处振动剧烈的原因是由激励源处载荷较大所致。
Aiming at the problem of severe vibration in a light bus,the transfer path analysis method is adopted to identify the main vibration sources of the vehicle.After analyzing excitation sources and simplifying appropriately,the transfer path model of vehicle vibration is established.Through the vehicle road test and indoor hammering test,the working condition data and transfer function data are obtained to determine the typical operation condition of vehicle vibration.The TPA module in Test.Lab is used to analyze the path contribution and then identify the main vibration sources.After comparing the load of the main vibration sources and the transfer function of the main vibration sources to the response points,it is confirmed that the severe vibration of the response points is due to the heavy load of the excitation sources.
