摘要
丝绸作为中国传统的出口产品,还停留在产业链前端,远未实现其应有的经济文化价值。随着国际市场对高品质丝绸产品需求的增长,茸毛作为影响织物外观质量和使用价值的重要因素,越来越受到重视。目前,世界各检测机构大多沿用传统装置进行茸毛检验,准确性差、检验效率低。文章通过改进传统茸毛检验煮练装置的弊端,探索设计一种能够自动控温控时的新型煮练装置,以增强检验装置安全性、提高检验效率。经过对比实验,发现使用新型茸毛检验煮练装置与传统检验方法得出的数据误差在±2%以内,效率远远超过传统检验方法。
Silk as the China s traditional export product,is still in the front end of industrial chain,and its due economic and cultural value is not achieved.However,the international demand for high-quality silk products is increasing.As an important factor influencing the appearance quality and the use value of the fabric,exfoliation is becoming more and more important.At present,most of the detection institutions in the world need to rely on exfoliation test with poor accuracy and low testing efficiency.Therefore,a piece of new boiling-off equipment which could automatically control temperature and time was designed and explored in this paper through improving the disadvantages of traditional boiling-off equipment for exfoliation test so as to enhance safety of test device and promote test efficiency.After the contrast experiment,it was found that the data error obtained by the new boiling-off equipment and the traditional method was within±2%,and the efficiency was far more than that of the traditional detection method.
