摘要
山茱萸多糖经水解,衍生化后利用毛细管气相色谱测定了其单糖的组成。结果表明,山茱萸多糖中含有有鼠李糖,阿拉伯糖,葡萄糖,半乳糖和葡萄糖醛酸,其摩尔比为2.2∶30.4∶1∶5.4∶2.6,是富含阿拉伯糖的酸性糖。
Polysaccharide of C.officinalis is hydrolyzed and derivatized.Its sugar composition was determined by GC with capillary column.The results showed that polysaccharide of C.officinalis was composed of rhamnose,arabinose,glucose,galactose and glucuronic acid,and its molar ratio is 2.2∶30.4∶1∶5.4∶2.6.
