摘要
随着社会的发展和城市化进程不断加快,人们对建筑物质量及能耗的节约、环保等意识逐渐增强,装配式建筑开始发展起来,并逐渐代替现浇混凝土结构,成为建筑行业发展的趋势。利用工厂制造建筑构配件进行现场装配,不仅提高了生产效率、使工程质量得到了保证,而且也更加环保节能。因此通过探讨装配式建筑发展及整个过程中发生的人、材、机等消耗进行分析,提出降低装配式建筑成本的方法和控制措施。
With the accelerating urbanization and the development of human society,the building quality,energy saving,environmental protection consciousness is more and more attention,such as prefabricated construction began to grow gradually take the place of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure,become the development trend of construction industry.Using the factory to make the building components for the site assembly,not only improve the production efficiency,ensure the quality of the project,but also more environmental protection and energy saving.Therefore,the methods and control measures to reduce the cost of prefabricated construction are put forward through the analysis of the consumption of the assembly building development and the human material machine in the whole process.
