摘要
本文运用2000年、2010年人口普查资料,分析广州人户分离人口的居住空间分异,探讨大城市人户分离人口的居住空间变化、分异程度以及影响机制,为大城市发展制定合理规划提供依据。研究发现:广州市人户分离人口分为市内人户分离人口和常住外来人口两部分,两者的年龄结构、受教育程度和人户分离原因都较大的差异;测算了广州市内人户人口和常住外来人口居住分异指数和孤立指数,反映出人户分离人口更加集中近郊区,而且市内人户分离人口和常住外来人口的居住分异差别较大;人户分离人口的居住空间分布更多受家庭结构、房价、交通和户籍政策等因素的影响。
Based ont the data of 2000 and 2010 census in Guangzhou,the paper analyses the spatial variation of the population with separation of hukou from their residence and explores the change in their spatial distribution,the extent of separation and influence factors in China's large metropolises.The findings show that:the residents with separation of Hukou and residence in Guangzhou can be divided into two categories,local residents with the Hukou of Guangzhou and the floating population from outside of Guangzhou.There are significant differences in the age structure,education,and the influencing factors of the segregation between the two categories of the population.The differentiation index and separation index of two categories shows that the population with separation of Hukou from residence aggregated mainly in the suburb of the city and there are significant differences between the two categories.The spatial distribution of population with separation of Hukou and residence are affected by family structure,house pricing,traffic facilities,and the rules of Hukou system.The findings can be a reference to its urban development planning.
