质量管理人员通过借助统计技术的直观性,对分散的生产数据进行有效分析,有利于指导生产技术人员分析原因,确定改进方案,并最终实施改善对策,进一步优化生产工艺,推动生活用纸质量管理不断迈向新的起点,为生活用纸产品在市场中赢得信誉提供有力的保障。
The statistics technology is an intuitive analyzing method adopted by quality managers, through which scattered production data can be effectively analyzed to help find technique defects, make optimizing plans, and upgrade the daily operation finally. Moreover, the statistics method could also help to enhance the reputation and credit for household paper manufacturers by further optimizing operation technology as well as quality control during the production of household paper and related products. Seven key quality control methods are going to be discussed here by mainly analyzing the application of check table, Pareto chart, cause and effect analysis chart and control chart in quality control of household paper for Zhejiang Jingxing Paper.
