摘要
医院后勤常用物资包括医疗耗材和办公用品,种类繁多,采购工作量大,传统模式已经越来越难以适应现代化医院精细化管理的要求。上海市某医院在业务流程重组理论框架下,针对传统模式存在的问题,依托HRP主系统,创建了后勤物资采购信息系统,主要功能模块包括物资存货展厅分类展示和查询、订单审批及自动发送机制、预算控制及数据联动等。在两年的实践探索中,实现了零库存、物资直接配送到科室、节省人力和空间成本等管理目标,显著提高了物资采购的工作效率和服务水平。
Hospital logistics common supplies include medical consumable and office supplies.They have wide variety of products and large quantity demanded.The traditional model has more and more difficult to adapt to modern hospital management requirements.Based on business process reengineering theoretical framework,a hospital in Shanghai found the existing problems of the traditional mode.Based on the main HRP system,they constructed logistics procurement information system and its main function modules included materials inventory exhibits,order approval and sent automatically mechanism,budget control and data linkage,etc.After the exploration of two years of practice,it achievedmanagement objectives such as zero inventory,doorstep delivery service,saving manpower and space cost and so on.It significantly improved the procurement efficiency and service level.
