摘要
为了降低超级电容器中RuO_2电极材料的成本,研究价格低廉、对环境友好的MnO_2电极材料的制备及性能。为了进一步提高其比电容特性,采用金属离子V掺杂的方式,提高MnO_2的导电性能、改变其晶型结构。实验采用溶胶凝胶法制备掺V改性MnO_2电极,通过吸附性能测试和循环伏安特性实验筛选制备条件。结果表明,钒掺杂、酸化改性后的电极不仅吸附性能好,充放电电流增大,响应速度快,伏安特性曲线的面积还明显增大,电化学性能有了很大提高;XRD表征结果证实改性后的电极含有晶态、非晶态MnO_2,因而比表面积较大,反应活性位点增多,是提高电化学性能的关键。
In order to lower the capital of RuO 2 plate material in supercapacitors,the preparation and performance of MnO2 plate material was studied,due to its cheap and friendly environmental characteristics.Its electrochemical performance and crystal structure were also researched by doping V ion.V doping MnO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.Its adsorption capacity and cyclic voltammetry test was optimized at different preparation conditions.The results showed that not only the adsorption capacity and charging/discharging current was improved,but also the response rate was speed,the volt-ampere characteristics area was large due to the doped V ion and acidified the MnO2.Then the electrochemical performance of MnO2 the capacitor plate material was improved.XRD analysis showed that crystal and noncrystal MnO2 were coexisted after modification;More reaction active sites was the key of high electrochemical performance due to the larger specific surface area of V doping MnO2.
