京津冀地区烟气脱硝工艺现状及综合评价 被引量:7

摘要 京津冀地区的大气污染很大一部分来自燃煤工业锅炉,本文旨在通过对脱硝工艺现状进行分析,给决策者提供一定的参考。对京津冀地区燃煤工业锅炉进行了实地调查,调查包括脱硫脱硝除尘前后排放浓度,技术投资等相关数据。建立工业锅炉的脱硝技术综合评价体系,层次分析法确定指标权重,再用模糊综合评价法对模糊对象进行定量分析,得到不同吨位工业锅炉的脱硝技术综合评价分数。在经济性,技术性和环境特性三项中,经济性处于最重要的地位。低氮燃烧法在经济性方面显现出巨大优势,在其不能达到排放标准情况下,应补充SNCR或液体吸附法。 The atmospheric pollution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is mostly region from coal-fired industrial boilers.This paper is aimed at analyzing the present situation and problems of De-NO x technology,to give some reference to decision makers.Coal-fired industrial boilers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,including emission concentration(before and after desulfurization,denitration and dust),and the technology investment and other related data.The synthetic evaluation system of industrial boiler denitration technology is established.That is analytic hierarchy process(AHP)determine index weight.Then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the quantitative analysis of fuzzy objects.Finally,get different tonnage industrial boiler denitration technology comprehensive evaluation score.In terms of economy,technical and environmental characteristics,economy is the most important position.The low-nitrogen combustion method has a great advantage in economy,which should be supplemented by SNCR or liquid adsorption method when it is not able to meet the emission standard.
