摘要
为了对某物流公司仓库的仓储流程、设备以及布局进行升级优化,使用Flexsim对仓储系统进行仿真,获取瓶颈问题所在,将前后仿真模型的输出数据进行对比,发现减少一个码盘工位将使总体使用效率提升15.45%。然后将原有的巷道堆垛机改为四向穿梭车作业,使运输工具的入库利用率提高了20%。仿真结果表明,该方案可大大降低设备成本,提升仓储能力,模型优化效果明显,从而验证了该优化方案的可行性。
In order to update and optimize the warehousing process,equipment and the layout of a logistic company warehouse,we employ Flexsim to simulate storage system and obtain the bottleneck problem.We compare the output data before and after the simulation and conclude that the overall efficiency shall rise by 15.45%if there is one reduction of a code staqtion and warehousing efficiency shall rise by 20%when the roadway stacker goes into four-way shuttle operation.According to the simulation results,the proposed program can reatly reduce euipment cost and improve storage capacity,which verifies the feasibiity of the program.
