摘要
目前,空调总装车间组装空调室外机生产线的自动化程度普遍不高,在劳动力成本逐年上升的背景下,企业在自动化建设方面投入的资金每年递增。本文对目前影响空调总装车间室外机生产自动化水平的主要因素进行分析,通过引入RFID技术和设计双层工装板大幅度提升现有生产线的自动化水平,提高产品质量控制水平。
At present,the production line of outdoor unit in the final assembly workshop of the air-conditioning is generally under quite low degree of automation.With the increase of labor cost year by year,the investment on automation production increases year by year.The main factors affecting the automation level of outdoor unites production in the final assembly workshop are analyzed.Through the introduction of RFID technology and dual-layer processing board,the automation level of the production line will be improved largely,as well as the product quality control.
