摘要
实施国际化战略是近年来旅游院校大力倡导的一项重要工作。在推动国际化的进程中,不仅要加强中外交流合作,能把学生送出国门,还要能把国际学生吸引过来,构建有中国特色的酒店管理教育品牌,提高我国旅游职业教育国际地位和影响力。本文以研讨山东旅游职业学院蒙古班留学生的教学和管理为切入点,探讨酒店管理专业在留学生教育上存在的优势、可复制的经验、出现的问题和解决的办法,为今后更好地吸引国际留学生前来深造夯实基础,实现院校全面的国际化战略,同时带动专业整体的建设和发展。
Implementing internationalization strategy is an important work advocated by tourism colleges in recent years.In the process of promoting internationalization,on the one hand,we should strengthen Chinese and foreign exchanges and cooperation,send more students abroad,on other hand,we must attract more international students to come to China to study.To build the hotel management education brand with Chinese characteristics,to improve Chinese Tourism professional education influence,is the key factor to realize that.Based on the discussion of Mongolian class teaching and management in Shandong College of Tourism&Hospitality,analyze the advantages and problems,find the experience and solutions in the foreign students education management in higher education institutions of Hotel Management.Follow these steps,we can truly realize the comprehensive internationalization strategy,and promote the professional overall construction and development at the same time.
