摘要
目的探讨出院后药学干预对抑郁症患者用药依从性及社会功能的影响。方法选择接受抗抑郁治疗的出院患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施药学干预。结果干预前,两组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及用药依从性评分均分无显著性差异(t=0.526 6,0.327 1,0.049 9,P>0.05)。干预6个月后,两组患者HAMD,SDSS评分均较干预前明显降低,且观察组较对照组显著降低(t=4.499 4,14.740 5,P<0.01),观察组患者的用药依从性明显高于对照组(t=6.933 7,P<0.01)。结论药学干预可有效提高患者的用药依从性,有效改善患者的病情,有利于患者社会功能恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on medication compliance and social function of patients with depression after discharge.M ethods Totally 88 depression patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,on this basis,the observation group was given pharmaceutical intervention.R esults Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD,SDSS and the medication compliance in the two groups(t=0.526 6,0.327 1,0.049 9,P>0.0 5).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of HAMD and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and those in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control g r o u p(t=4.499 4,1 4.7 4 0 5,P<0.0 1).The medication compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=6.933 7,P<0.0 1).Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention can effectively improve the medication compliance of the patients,improve the patients’condition effectively,benefit the recovery of the social function of the patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
