摘要
漏磁在磁力传动中不可避免,利用ANSYS有限元软件对电磁齿轮进行磁场分析,研究工作气隙、极齿对数、极齿厚度、及周向气隙等因素对磁感应强度的影响,仿真得到不同因素值下磁感应强度的变化值,进而推导出这些因素对电磁齿轮漏磁的影响,为电磁齿轮的设计提供了理论依据。
Magnetic flux leakage is inevitable in magnetic drive system;magnetic field of electromagnetic gear was analyzed by ANSYS,effects of structure parameters of electromagnetic gear on magnetic induction intensity was studied,including working air-gap,magnetic pole logarithm,magnetic pole thickness and circumferential air-gap.Variation of magnetic induction intensity was obtained by simulation analysis,and effects on magnetic flux leakage were deducted.The results can provide the theoretical basis for designing electromagnetic gear.
