摘要
分布式能源发展快速,但相应的输送、保护、运行控制等配套技术相对落后。通过将分布式能源与储能相结合,模拟出同步发电机在传统大电网中的调控特性,以此改变并网逆变器的输出来满足并网需要。对微电网的并离网控制策略进行改进,在并网通过反馈计算调整逆变器输出端的电压特性(幅值、频率和相角),利用虚拟同步发电机技术调整逆变器输出,使并网合闸的冲击电流降低到一定范围内符合并网条件,实现分布式能源并网的平滑变化,以减小对主动配电网的冲击。通过MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建仿真模型,验证了控制方法是否能满足并网需要。
Distributed energy is developing rapidly,but its corresponding technologies such as transmission,protection,operational control and other supporting technologies are relatively lagging behind.Through the combination of distributed energy and energy storage,it can simulate the regulation and control characteristics of synchronous generator in the traditional large power grid,so as to change the output of grid-connected inverter to meet the need of grid connection.The micro-grid and off-grid control strategy was improved,and the voltage characteristics(amplitude,frequency and phase angle)of the inverter output were adjusted through feedback calculation in the grid.The virtual synchronous generator technology was used to adjust the output of the inverter so that the inrush current upon closing of the grid connection can be reduced to a certain range that can meet the grid-connection conditions to achieve smooth changes as the distributed energy sources connect the grid in order to reduce the impact on the active distribution network.A simulation model built via MATLAB/Simulink platform was adopted to verify if the control method can meet the needs of grid connection.
