摘要
近些年来,越来越多的体育赛事组织应用项目管理概念来进行业务运营,在这样的前提下,如何做到合理分配人力资源已经成为了一个亟待解决的问题。文章通过SPSS问卷统计进行探索性因素分析,构建相关的主因素,为设计项目人力资源配置重要度评价模型奠定数据基础。在此基础上提出了项目的人力资源配置策略,并以2016年浙江省大学生围棋锦标赛为例,设计组织项目人力资源配置流程,该方法可为实际开展人力资源配置提供参考。
In recent years,more and more sports events organize and apply the concept of project management to carry out business operation.Under such a premise,how to reasonably allocate human resources has become an urgent problem.In this paper,exploratory factor analysis is conducted through SPSS questionnaire statistics,and related main factors are constructed,laying the data foundation for the importance evaluation model of human resource allocation in design projects.On this basis,it puts forward the strategy of human resource allocation of the project,and takes Zhejiang university students go championship in 2016 as an example,designs the process of organizing the project human resource allocation,which can provide reference for the actual deployment of human resources.
