摘要
目的探讨并观察中西医结合治疗冻结肩对患者肩关节活动度的影响及临床疗效。方法 60例冻结肩患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医口服布洛芬缓释胶囊+肩关节功能训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医舒肩汤颗粒+低频治疗+手法推拿治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后肩关节活动度及疼痛程度,评价两组临床疗效。结果观察组治愈11例,好转16例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组治愈6例,好转14例,无效10例,总有效率为66.67%;观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各项肩关节活动度及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者肩关节活动度明显增加,VAS评分明显降低,且观察组各项指标改善程度均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独采用西医治疗相比,中西医结合治疗冻结肩临床疗效更为显著,能够明显改善患者患肩关节活动度,减轻疼痛,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To discuss and observe the effect and clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating frozen shoulder on shoulder joint motion.Methods A total of 60 frozen shoulder patients were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules+shoulder joint function training,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Shujian decoction granule+low frequency therapy+manipulation massage.The shoulder joint motion and pain degree in the two groups was observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results The observation group had 11 cured cases,16 improved cases and 3 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 90.00%,while the control group had 6 cured cases,14 improved cases and 10 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 66.67%.The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in shoulder joint motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)score(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had obviously increased shoulder joint motion and decreased VAS score.The observation group had obviously better indicators improvement degree than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Western medicine therapy alone,combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine can obviously improve shoulder joint motion and reduce pain,and it contains higher application value.
