摘要
在经历"大跃进"的严重挫折后,毛泽东、刘少奇、周恩来、邓小平等中共领导人都意识到,忽视群众路线的优良传统是导致工作中出现重大挫折的重要原因。要渡过当时严重的经济困难时期,同样需要恢复党的群众路线,依靠人民群众的力量渡过难关。七千人大会对群众路线的论述,着眼于总结经验教训、寻求克服困难的办法,具有鲜明的实践特色和强烈的现实针对性。
After the serious frustration of the“Great Leap Forward”,the CPC leaders like Mao Zedong,Liu Shao q i,Zhou Enlai and Deng Xiaoping all recognized that the neglect of the good tradition of mass line was an important reason for the setbacks in work.To overcome the serious economic difficulties of that tim e,it was necessary to restore the Party's mass line and rely on the p eo p le's strength to get over the difficulties.In the Seven Thousand People Congress,Liu Shaoqi and other leaders not only responded to the specific doubts like the uthree red flags^,which were discussed hotly inside the Party,but also energetically advocated the restoration of the mass line and other good traditions of the Party.The statement of the Congress on the mass line,eyeing on summarizing experiences and lessons and finding out solutions,had distinct practical characteristics and was aimed at the practical problems.
