摘要
心力衰竭是心脏结构或功能的改变导致心室充盈或射血能力受损的一种复杂的临床综合征,是各类疾病尤其是心血管疾病死亡的最直接危险因素。以其各种潜在的原发的心血管的病变和同时存在心脏重构、或心肌存在变力状态进行性受损的复合病理状态,病证主体在心和络,是络脏同病。倡导络脏同治:一是治心,从气、血论治,强调回阳救逆、生血行血救生;二是治络,从血分论治,强调祛瘀生新、生新络生新血。重视藏象学说,充分应用五行生克关系,多系统并调,重建冠状动脉结构和循环,重塑心功能和心结构,使用经验方络通阳和悦心方加减,疗效显著。
The heart failure is one kind of complex clinical synthesis because the heart structure either the function change causes the ventricle full or shoots the blood ability damage.It is the human most common chronic illness and the most direct dangerous factor of death among each kind of particular cardiovascular diseases.The heart failure is a group synthesizes drafts,its main body is in the heart and Luo.So,we did the research of treating heart failure based on the heart and Luo and emphasized restoring yang and rescuing patient from Luo,discussing from syndrome differentiation of xuefen and Luo.The research emphasized theory of visceral manifestations and applied mutual generation of five phases and mutual restriction of five phases,dividing the cycle and multi-level for treatment.The prescription contribute to heart Luo dredge and yang qi harmony.The curative effect is remarkable.It helps the multitudinous patients to avoid the extreme pain and the death threat.It is useful for gradually restoring the health and improving the survival quality of life.
