摘要
Barrett食管(BE)是食管腺癌重要的危险因素之一,对其进行早期干预可以改善患者预后。研究发现不同阶段BE经射频消融术(RFA)治疗效果不同。本文就RFA对不同阶段BE的治疗进展进行综述分析,旨在为BE患者诊断、治疗提供依据。
Because Barrett's esophagus is the most important risk factor for esophageal adenocarcinoma,early treatment could improve the prognosis of Barrett's esophagus patients.Radiofrequency ablation has proven different for eradication of Barrett's esophagus with different grades of dysplasia.This article reviewed the clinical application,the advancement of radiofrequency ablation for the diagnosis and treatment of Barrett's esophagus.
