摘要
经济效益是红枣产业发展的根本动力。以太谷县壶瓶枣、临县山地木枣和临猗县春秋棚冬枣为例,采用比较分析法对山西境内红枣的3种典型栽培模式的收益和与相关作物种植的比较收益进行了研究。结果表明,运城冬枣种植收益最高,晋中壶瓶枣种植的收益次之,吕梁丘陵区山地木枣最低;分别将3种栽培模式的收益与临猗县富士苹果、太谷县红星苹果、临县山地核桃的种植收益比较后发现,运城冬枣比较收益最高,晋中壶瓶枣的比较收益次之,吕梁丘陵区山地木枣的比较收益最低。研究表明,运城冬枣具有比较大的发展前景,晋中壶瓶枣和吕梁山地木枣发展前景堪忧,且吕梁山地木枣的发展方向值得探讨。
Economic benefit is the fundamental driving force of the development of jujube industry.Take Taigu county,Linxian county and Linyi county as examples,comparative analysis was used to analyze the benefits and comparative benefits and of three typical cultivation modes of red jujube.The results showed that the highest benefit was of the Dongzao jujube in Yuncheng,the followed benefit was of the Huping jujube in Jinzhong,the lowest was the Muzao jujube in Lüliang area.And it was found the highest comparative benefit was of the Dongzao jujube in Yuncheng,which was compared with Fuji apple,the second was of the Huping jujube in Jinzhong,which was compared with Starking apple,the lowest was of the Muzao jujube in Lüliang area,which was compared with the walnut.The research conclusion shows that it has a great development prospect for Yuncheng Dongzao jujube,but has a worrying prospect for Jinzhong Huping jujube and Lüliang Muzao jujube,among which,the development direction of Lüliang jujube needs to be rediscovered.
