摘要
如何减少学生公寓建设的质量问题,提高设计与施工质量已成为各参建单位及高校基建管理部门研究的重要课题。根据高校学生公寓设计施工的特点,结合笔者自身实际工作经验,探究分析设计与施工当中的常见质量问题,从设计、施工、建材、监理、发展装配式建筑等多个角度提出学生公寓建设质量问题的防治对策。
It was a vital subject researched by the participating units and universities'infrastructure management departments that how to reduce the quality problem of student apartment construction and improve of design and construction quality of it.According to the characteristics of university students'apartment design and construction,combined with the actual work experience,the author analyzed to explore the common quality problems of design and construction,and put forward the control countermeasures from several angles,such as the design,construction,building materials,prefabricated construction supervision,development and so on.
