摘要 N-甲基-D-天氡氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartate,NMDA)受体是存在于中枢神经系统的重要谷氨酸受体之一,NMDA受体是由不同亚基组成的同源异聚体,3A亚基能介导神经元的保护作用。缺血缺氧性脑损伤是当今最常见的疾病之一,NMDA受体3A亚基在缺血缺氧性脑损伤中具有保护作用。NR3A亚基在学习记忆中具有负性作用,对视神经有保护作用。此外,NR3A亚基的突变及异常表达与神经退行性疾病的发病也有关。 N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor,composed of different subunits homologous heteromers,is one of the important glutamate receptors in the central nervous system.The 3A subunit of it plays a protective effect on neurons in various nervous system diseases,such as hypoxic-ischemic brain damage,which is one of the most common diseases today.NR3A subunit plays a negative role in learning and memory and has a protective effect on the optic nerve.In addition,the mutation and abnormal expression of NR3A subunit are also associated with the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases.
