摘要
近年来,我国体育产业飞速发展,产业规模不断扩大。知识产权保护对体育产业发展至关重要。但是,我国体育产业发展对知识产权制度的重视程度仍然不高,相关知识产权保护制度仍然存在一些问题,例如知识产权保护规则不清晰、知识产权附加值不高等。本文通过研究提出了加强体育知识产权保护的建议,推动完善体育产业知识产权保护规则,维护产业发展秩序,助推体育产业要素结构升级。
In recent years,China’s sports industry has been developing rapidly.The industry scale is expending constantly as well.Although the protection of intellectual property is vital to sports industry,there’re still some problems in related intellectual property protection system.For example,the ambiguity of intellectual property protection regulations and the low added value of intellectual property.Through study,this report provides suggestions to enhance intellectual property protection of sports industry,promote improvement of sports industry intellectual property protection regulations,maintain order of industrial development,and promote upgrading of sports industry structure.
