摘要
煤气加压站集中值守运行模式和焦炉煤气直供发电锅炉,主要是为了提高煤气系统安全性,解决气体压缩输送和用户使用过程中压力不对等造成的压缩浪费和成本增加的问题。通过系统的优化改造以及相应安全参数的控制,实现了煤气区域安全性能的提高,降低了煤气系统的运行电耗,又满足了煤气用户正常生产的煤气供应,消除了煤气区域值守存在的安全隐患,保证了气体管网的安全稳定运行,节能效果明显。
The concentrated attending mode of gas pressurizing stations and COG direct boiler for power generation are mainly for the safety of gas systems and solve the problem of waste and high cost caused by pressure non-equivalency during gas compressed delivery and use.Through system optimization and related safety parameter control,the safety in gas areas has been improved,operation power consumption reduced,gas supply for normal production of gas users satisfied,the safety risks in gas area attending removed,safe and stable operation of the gas pipe network ensured and significant energy saving effect produced.
