摘要
从服务设计的角度看,作为缓解交通压力和改善环境污染的交通工具的城市公共自行车,应根据居民需求调整优化站点设置;向共享单车学习开发手机APP方便借还使用;完善公共自行车的视觉识别系统;加强车辆的维护和管理。
From the perspective of service design,Urban Public Bicycles System should adjust and optimize the point settings according to the needs of the residents to ease traffic pressure and reduce the environmental pollution,develop mobile APP like Bikes Sharing System to make borrowing and returning more convenient,perfect the visual identification system and strengthen the maintenance and management of the bicycles.
