摘要
含蜡原油管道输送过程中蜡沉积现象的发生会造成管道有效流通面积减小,能耗增加,影响企业正常的生产活动。通过查阅国内外多相流蜡沉积研究文献,总结了多相流蜡沉积研究的成果,重点对蜡沉积机理、多相流蜡沉积实验研究以及蜡沉积模型进行了探究。阐述了在单相蜡沉积机理研究的基础上,结合多相流特点,指出胶凝作用在多相流蜡沉积过程中的作用;介绍了冷板、冷指、试验环道等蜡沉积研究装置和多相流蜡沉积实验研究进展;对现有的油水、油气蜡沉积模型进行了分析,指出了现有蜡沉积模型存在的缺陷。同时,由于多相流蜡沉积的复杂性,多相流蜡沉积的研究尚处于初始阶段,今后仍需对多相流蜡沉积规律、蜡沉积模型等问题进行深入研究。
In the process of pipeline transportation of waxy crude oil,the wax deposition phenomenon will lead to the decrease of the effective flow area of the pipeline and the increase of energy consumption,which will affect the normal production activities of the enterprise.By researching documents of wax deposition of multiphase flow at home and abroad,the study results of multiphase flow wax deposition are summarized,and wax deposition mechanism,experimental studies of wax deposition of multiphase flow and wax deposition models are mostly analyzed.Based on the study of singlephase wax deposition mechanism,it is pointed out that“gelation”plays an important role in wax deposition of multiphase flow combined with multiphase flow characteristics.Besides,wax deposition study devices such as the cold plate,cold finger and test loop and the research progress of wax deposition of multiphase flow are introduced.After analyzing existing models of oil-water and oil-gas wax deposition,shortages of existing wax deposition models are pointed out.At the same time,because of the complexity of wax deposition of multiphase flow,the study on it is still in its initial stage.In the future,it is still necessary to study the wax deposition law of multiphase flow,wax deposition model of multiphase flow and so on.
