摘要
设计阶段是工程建设造价控制的关键阶段,随着地产行业竞争的日益激烈,设计人员需要更加精细化的设计,以达到降低结构成本和节能降耗的目的。结合实际工程经验,通过轴压比限值法和层间位移比法的综合应用,提出剪力墙住宅项目结构优化的量化方法。
The design phase is the key phase of project cost control.With the increasingly fierce competition in the real estate industry,designers need to design more sophisticated to achieve the purpose of reducing project costs and energy saving.In this article,w e mention a quantitative method of structural optimization in the shear wall residence according to eombination of project experiences and general application of axial compression ratio method and interlayer displacement ratio method.
