摘要
经济发展与生态环境已成为最近学者重点关注的热点话题,经济的发展会造成一定的环境污染问题,反过来追求生态环境的改善可能会阻碍经济的发展,甚至引起民生问题。借助于因子分析法及耦合度模型,通过构建河北省产业经济与生态环境的评价指标体系,对二者的耦合度进行评价,旨在对河北省经济发展与生态环境的协调发展问题做出进一步探索。
Economic development and ecological environment have become hot topics that scholars have recently focused on.The development of the economy will certainly cause problems of environmental pollution.In turn,the environmental improvement may hamper the economic progress and even influence people’s livelihood.In order to further explore the coordinated development of economy and ecology in Hebei province,this paper uses the factor analysis method and the coupling degree model to construct the evaluation index system of Hebei’s industrial economy and ecological environment,and also evaluates the coupling degree of the two.
