摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中HIF-lα与MMP-2的表达并分析其临床病理意义。方法选取2012年1月~2016年12月在本院进行治疗的60例胃癌患者作为研究对象,采取免疫组化SP二步的方法检测患者胃癌组织中HIF-lα与MMP-2表达的情况,对数据进行统计并分析HIFlα、MMP-2和胃癌患者相关临床病理因素的关系,进一步分析HIF-lα和MMP-2之间表达的相关性。结果 HIF-1α在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为56.7%,MMP-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为51.7%,HIF-lα和MMP-2的阳性表达率和肿瘤细胞的分化程度及临床分期有关(P<0.05);其中HIF-1α的表达和肿瘤的直径有关(P<0.05);而MMP-2的阳性表达率和胃癌淋巴结的转移有关(P<0.05);在胃癌组织中HIF-1α和MMP-2的阳性表达率为正相关性(r=0.236,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、MMP-2和胃癌组织的侵袭、转移呈现密切相关,并且HIF-1α、MMP-2的表达有一定程度的协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1αand MMP-2 in gastric carcinoma and to analyze the clinicopathological significance.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as experimental subjects.The expression of HIF-1αand MMP-2 in gastric cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between HIF-la,MMP-2 and clinicopathological factors in patients with gastric cancer was analyzed and analyzed.The correlation between HIF-la and MMP-2 expression was further analyzed.Results The positive rate of HIF-1αin gastric cancer was 56.7%,the positive rate of MMP-2 in gastric cancer was 51.7%,the positive rate of HIF-1αand MMP-2 and the differentiation degree of tumor cells were(P<0.05).The expression of HIF-1αwas correlated with the diameter of tumor(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of MMP-2 was correlated with the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(P<0.05).1αand MMP-2 were positively correlated(r=0.236,P<0.05).Conclusion The invasion and metastasis of HIF-1αand MMP-2 are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,and the expression of HIF-1αand MMP-2 has some synergistic effects.
