摘要
许多研究者针对我国社区教育教师队伍的内涵和建设存在问题与原因、发展对策与途径以及国别比较等方面进行了大量研究。经梳理与分析,我国社区教育教师队伍建设未来研究方向应着重加强整体研究、区域平衡研究、结合其他相关领域研究、理论与实证互补研究、外引与本土并存研究,以促进我国社区教育教师队伍建设的理论水平与实践能力的提高。
As a research hotspot,the construction of community teaching staff has attracted much attention.Many researchers have conducted a large number of studies on the connotation,problems and causes,developing strategies and approaches about it,as well as some comparative studies between countries.Based on the analysis,it is found that the future research should focus on the overall research,regional balance research,combined research with other related fields,complementary research of theory and practice,foreign and local coexisting research,so as to promote the theoretical and practical improvement of the community teaching staff construction.
