摘要
采用地区相对专业化指数和Krugman专业化指数,测度北京市、上海市、广州市三个个案城市服务业整体及其细分行业地区专业化水平;采用计量回归模型验证特大城市服务业地区专业化水平的影响因素。研究结果表明:京沪穗服务业地区专业化水平整体较高,但在服务业内部结构方面仍存在不足;经济发展水平、工业化水平、人力资本、科技进步是服务业地区专业化的主要影响因素。进一步提高京沪穗服务业地区专业化水平,需深入推进创新驱动发展战略,加快推动服务业优质高效发展;促进现代服务业与先进制造业并举发展;优化服务业空间布局。
Using the regional relative professional index, Krugman specialization index, measure the regional specialization of the service industry of the three case cities in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and the regional specialization of the metropolitan service industry by the metrological regression model the influencing factors. The results show that the regional specialization level of the service industry is higher than that of the service industry, but the internal structure of the service industry is still insufficient. The economic development level, the level of industrialization, human capital and scientific and technological progress are the main influence of the specialization of the service area factor. To further improve the level of specialization in the service area of Beijing and Shanghai,it is necessary to further promote the innovation-driven development strategy, accelerate the development of high-quality and efficient service industry, promote the development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry, and optimize the spatial layout of service industry.
