摘要
目的分析及评价新疆某三甲医院实施专项整治前后抗菌药物临床应用情况,提高该院抗菌药物合理使用水平。方法通过HIS系统分别调取该院2011年、2012年、2013年抗菌药物临床应用数据,回顾性分析开展抗菌药物专项整治活动过程中各项指标的变化。结果通过抗菌药物临床应用专项整治,门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例、急诊患者抗菌药物处方比例、住院患者抗菌药物使用率分别由4.38%、29.37%、66.49%下降至3.52%、27.64%、54.55%,住院患者抗菌药物使用强度由48.79DDD下降至33.23DDD,病原学送检率持续上升。结论抗菌药物专项整治工作已取得显著成效,提高了该院抗菌药物临床合理应用水平。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effects of special rectification on clinical application of antibiotics,and promote the level of clinical use of antibiotics in the hospital.Methods The data of antimicrobial application were extracted through the HIS system,and the change of the indicators for reasonable antimicrobial utilization were observed and compared during the conduct of the special rectification of antimicrobial application that from 2011 to 2013.Results During the period of special rectification of the antimicrobial application,the proportion of outpatient prescription of antibiotics decreased from 4.38%to 3.52%,the proportion of emergency prescription of antibiotics decreased from 29.37%to 27.64%,the rate of inpatient antimicrobial utilization decreased from 66.49%to 54.55%,the intensity of antimicrobial usage decreased from 48.79 to 33.23,and the rate of bacteria examination increased continuously.Conclusion The remarkable success was been achieved through special rectification on clinical application of antibiotics and the level of clinical use of antibiotics has been improved.
