摘要
我国目前正处于社会经济转型的矛盾凸显时期,涉及公共危机的突发事件频发,文章的目的是为支付系统应急处置公共危机事件提供理论支持和策略方法。文章围绕支付系统公共危机应急管理这个主题,首先对公共危机的本质特点进行必要阐述,然后介绍了公共危机应急管理的相关理论和支付系统公共危机管理现状,最后研究并提出支付系统公共危机应急管理相关策略。
China is currently in the era of social and economic transformation of the contradictions highlighted.Sudden incidents involving public emergencies occur frequently.the purpose of this article is to provide theoretical support and strategic approach of emergency disposal of public crisis on the pay system.Based on the theme of public crisis emergency management,this paper first elaborates the essential characteristics of public crisis,and then introduces the relevant theory of public crisis emergency management and the current situation of public crisis management.Finally,it studies and puts forward the payment system public crisis emergency management Related strategies.
