摘要
为了解决飞机传统加油方式中存在的压力控制不精准、能源浪费大、效率低下等问题,提出了采用变频调速实现恒压加油的方式,设计了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和视窗控制中心(Win CC)的机场飞机恒压加油系统。根据加油系统的性能指标(如压力、流量)设计出了泵-管路系统。并根据恒压加油控制原理,建立了系统近似数学模型,设计了自适应模糊PID控制算法,仿真实验表明在运行过程中始终处于最优状态,对飞机变频加油控制系统设计具有较好的指导意义。
In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional refueling way of aircraft,including inaccurate pressure control,large waste of energy and low efficiency,avariable-frequency speed-governing constant-pressure oil supply means was proposed.This paper designed a constant-pressure refueling system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and Windows control center(WINCC)for airport aircraft,according to the performance indices(such as pressure,flow)of the refueling system,the pump-pipe system was also designed.According to the constant-pressure refueling control principle,an approximate mathematical model of the system was established and an adaptive fuzzy PID variable-frequency constant-pressure refueling control algorithm was designed.The simulation experiments show that,the system kept under the optimal state all along in the operation process and it has an excellent guidance sense for the design of the variable-frequency refueling control system of aircraft.
